LinkGather - Export WordPress Links



This WordPress plugin shows you how to export the web addresses for all your blogs articles in Excel design.

Download the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, or you can just go to the address below:

LinkGather Plugin

Now you have activated the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

Step by Step Guide


A new menu item on the left side of your WordPress admin console will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different options available to you:

Click on the Home option, this will take you to the plugins developer page which has instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links menu to take you to the page that will reveal all of your blogs published posts’ links. Be aware that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our demo test site with just a few links in it.

You should now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you here have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the URL list, you will see that LinkGather has also added up how many post URL you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts in CSV style.

Page Links


The above procedure is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of supplying back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack ShortLinks


The option for JetPack URLs is again exactly the same procedure as website those above, however, JetPack URLs are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for export WordPress URLs our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links option will bring back all those JetPack Links that it has gathered:
